True Pilgrim

True Pilgrim

Much is posted on social media about the “True Pilgrim”… for those wanting to go on a Pilgrimage, I hope this supports you to understand and trust that there is no such thing. Like everything in life, as the saying goes “Many roads lead to Santiago” 😉.

Pilgrimage meaning (Dictionary)

A pilgrimage is a journey of spiritual, religious or personal significance often into an unknown or foreign place. Where a person goes in search of new or expanded meaning about their self, others, nature, or a higher good through the experience. It can lead to a personal transformation, after which the pilgrim returns to their daily life.

Pilgrim meaning (Dictionary)

A pilgrim is a person who goes on a journey of personal or spiritual significance to challenge themselves, to connect with nature, to learn about other cultures, or to find meaning in their lives.

A pilgrimage is personal and has nothing to do with, the “WAY” you do it, it is in the “WHY”.

The essence of walking a Camino is in your Intention as you connect mind, body, and spirit. Challenge yourself, your beliefs, and your understanding. Stretch your boundaries, or lack thereof, for yourself… a meeting with yourself.

Buen Camino!
